Team
Ryan Flint
Ryan is the Minister of Music here at McGregor. Ryan joined the team in 2019.
“One of the greatest joys in my role here at McGregor is to hear the people of God sing praises to God and watch them grow in their understanding of biblical worship! There are few greater JOYS than seeing and hearing the Body of Christ exalt the name of Jesus. We are called to be worshippers of the Living God and I count it a joy to be a lead-worshipper. I love what I get to do and I love the people I serve with.”
Nathan Bottomley
Nathan is the Worship Leader here at McGregor. He joined the team in 2022.
“As the Worship Leader here at McGregor Baptist, it is a privilege to lead this congregation in worship. It is a great joy, personally, to worship our awesome gracious God, but it is also a joy to minister to this congregation through music that lifts high the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am blessed and humbled to be an instrument in the hands of the Redeemer at McGregor and pray that he continually be exalted here by way of biblical worship. ‘Soli Deo Gloria’”
Bobby Kiesel
Bobby is the Director of Technical Arts here at McGregor. He joined the team in 2015
“There is joy coming into ‘work’ knowing I get to do this. As Tech Director, I get to lead an incredible technical arts team. We get to share the Gospel message with our church, community, and the world through lighting, audio, and video”
Bill Steinbrecher
Bill is the Lead Audio Engineer here at McGregor. He joined the team in 2019.
“Basically, if it needs to be heard, I make sure you can hear it well. I love my job! I’m getting to serve the Lord by doing what I love and I just happen to get paid for it. I am truly humbled that I get to be a part of this team in leading the body in worship when I think about all that Christ has done for me.”
Terri Thomas
Terri is the Music Administrative Assistant here at McGregor. She joined the team in 2005.
“The Lord has put a song in my heart and to give that song back to Him in worship and praise is amazing in that of itself. And then, to be tasked with the job of equipping, enabling, and encouraging my brothers and sisters in Christ to offer their praises to Him too - well that is just good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over!”
Ron Holmes
Ron is the Instrumental Director here at McGregor. He joined the team in 1996.
“It has been a wonderful privilege to serve the body of Christ with fellow believers. I look forward to what the Lord is going to do in the days ahead!”
Susie Kackley
Susie is the Children’s Choir Director here at McGregor. Susie joined the team in 1995.
“Serving on the Worship Ministry Team of McGregor Baptist Church is one of the greatest blessings of my life. As Children’s Choir Director, I have the overwhelming privilege of teaching our youngest musicians to use their voices (singing), hearts, and bodies (movement) in worship to the Lord. The mission of McGregor’s Children Choir is to ‘help children find absolute truth in Christ Jesus through the gift of music.’ Can there be any greater joy?”
Christian Miller
Christian is the Video Director here at McGregor. Christian joined the team in 2021.
“As the Digital Media Producer at McGregor, I have the privilege of embracing diverse roles. However, there's one role that truly fills me with unparalleled joy: Video Director. Every Sunday morning, as I kick off the broadcast, it's a humbling experience to think that people are watching what we do as a church family. Whether they're away from home, unwell, or in search for a church home, knowing that our efforts can reach and touch their lives is incredibly rewarding.”
Michael Benedict
Michael is the Production Technician here at McGregor. He joined the team in 2023.
“In 2015 I felt called to serve God in full-time ministry. Through the wilderness silence and the fiery furnace trials, God has been with me every step of the way. Fast forward 8 years, I now moved 1,400 miles to fulfill that calling the Lord put on my life by helping to usher the family of McGregor into the presence of El Roi (The God Who Sees Me) through the use of technology. I am simply a spotlight that shines the attention all on the Father."
